Private Dinner Parties & Rehearsal/Grooms’ Dinners

Caribou Highlands Lodge offers many arrangements for private dinner parties including Groom’s Dinners.

• Choose from full dinner menu or buffet menu, or let us customize a menu specific to your preferences.


• Seasonal outdoor dining available. Seasonal catering (off premise) available (includes full liquor license).


• Beer or wine pairing dinners available. We will design a multi-course, plated dinner with pairings of beer or wine.


• Choose from three private dining rooms:
• Seating in our private dining room for up to 18
• Our lodge conference room seats 40
• The Mountain View Room has seating for up to 100
• We work with several local musicians and can arrange music for your evening.


• Talk to our coordinator about any special decorations you’d like to have.


• Shuttles can be provided for your group with advance planning.
