oguls Grille and Tap Room on Lutsen Mountains is a perfect place to meet up with friends, relax, enjoy great food and have a cold one. A fun couples café, but equally comfortable for family dining. Open for all seasons, this slope-side, ski-in-ski-out restaurant and tap room is located in the lodge at Caribou Highlands. With magnificent mountain views, this is the perfect location to start your day and make plans over a coffee and a hearty breakfast. It is also the best place to re-group at the end of your day and watch the sun set behind the mountain while you share your stories. Moguls offers an eclectic atmosphere, well suited for any social gathering.
A Restaurant for All Seasons
The cool and clean mountain air is always refreshing. The mountain view is always magnificent. And the food and drinks are always the best in the area. Our indoor restaurant is perfectly comfortable in all seasons. And when the temperatures allow, the outdoor patio tables and chairs are the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely meal, or a cocktail around the fire pit. The menu’s house favorites, which vary seasonally, are Cherry Smoked Prime Rib (with two serving sizes to fit everyone’s hunger level), the Mesquite Smoked St. Louis Style Ribs and Bourbon Planked Sockeye Salmon.
A Ski Resort Restaurant
Our winter season on the mountain is our busiest! It is fun and exciting and the place to be from morning till late. Our slope-side location welcomes skiers off the ski hill for everything from a quick hot coffee to our Apres Ski “Fire + Ice”. Direct downhill access is off of Bridge Run.
Gather inside Moguls Grille dining room around the fireplace where the partial open kitchen emits the delicious sounds and smells of our professional culinary team. Appetizers, soups and salads, and the best burgers anywhere are just the start. The signature Cherry-Smoked Prime Rib dinner is not to be missed.
Moguls offers a private dining room that can be set informally with couches and chairs for a lounge effect or it can be set for meetings and dining. Prior reservations are required.
